Bill of Lading Snap-off Sets feature a simplified format to itemize up to 16 articles on carbonless white paper. Hazardous-material information areas, required by law, are printed in red. Four-part form includes headings for article descriptions, shipping units, weight, rate and charges. They are two-hole punched for post-binder filing. All parts are numbered. The detached form measures 8-1/2″ x 11″.
